Playing
The game is free to play. You get an account automatically; keep your device's game data safe, because it holds the key to your account. Please play fairly and be kind to other players.
Rules
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain money or items, or tamper with the game, its servers or other players' accounts.
- Choose a name that is not offensive, and do not impersonate anyone.
- Do not use the game to harass, threaten or spam others.
If you break these rules we may reset your progress, remove items or money gained unfairly, or close your account.
Money and items in the game
Coins, items, outfits, vehicles and pets exist only inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We keep the balances on our servers, and may correct them if something went wrong. If real-money purchases are added later, we will publish the purchase terms, including refunds, before they go live.
Changes to the game
The game is still growing. We may change, add or remove features, items and prices, or pause the service for maintenance. We will try to keep your progress safe through changes.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the game running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Closing your account
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time; see Support. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
